College of Mount Saint Vincent Center for International Studies Welcomed Consul General of Egypt Youssef Zada on October 14, 2011

Riverdale, N.Y. – The University of Mount Saint Vincent’s Center for International Studies presented the lecture, “Egypt: The Revolution and Its Implications,” at 11:30 a.m. Friday, October 14, 2011 in the President’s Reception Room, Founders Hall, delivered by distinguished guest Consul General of Egypt Youssef Zada.

Ambassador Zada is the current Consul General and Chief of Mission for the Consulate General of Arab Republic of Egypt in New York. During his diplomatic career, he has held a number of prominent posts for the Embassy of Egypt in London, Kuwait, Damascus, Algiers, Singapore and Guatemala. Ambassador Zada has served as the Deputy Director of the Institute of Diplomatic Studies in Cairo, and was Ambassador of Egypt to Kiev prior to his current post in New York.
