Transcripts

How to Request a Transcript

Mount Saint Vincent is excited to share that we have partnered with Parchment, one of the nation’s leading academic credentials managers, to streamline the transcript request process.

Parchment will help us get transcripts delivered to you, your future employer, or other institutions you are applying to quicker, more efficiently, and accurately. You can still choose to have your transcript sent via email or hard copy, and fees remain the same!

Current Students

For current students, simply click here and you will be redirected to the login page. Use your DolphiNet username and password to sign in. You can then follow the prompts to request and pay for your transcript.

Alumnae/i and Former Students

If you are an alum of the University or you are not currently enrolled, click on this link to be taken to the login page. Follow the prompts to create your account and request your transcript.

Note: Transcripts will not be issued to students, former students, or alumnae/i whose financial accounts, including those at the library, are not settled. This includes outstanding balances and/or holds. Transcript request transactions will not be processed without a transcript payment.
