CMSV Hosts Upward Bound Summer Program, Featured in Associated Press Story

This July, the University of Mount Saint Vincent is hosting Upward Bound, a summer program that serves as a pathway to college for students from low-income families in New York. The College and Upward Bound were featured in the Associated Press story, “At 50, Upward Bound Still Opens Pathway to College.”
