College of Mount Saint Vincent Appoints Dr. Rachel Fester Executive Director of Assessment and Planning

Riverdale, N.Y.  – The University of Mount Saint Vincent is proud to announce the appointment of Dr. Rachel Fester as Executive Director of Assessment and Planning. Dr. Fester completed her bachelor’s degree in Near Eastern Languages and Civilizations at the Harvard University; her master’s degree in Near Eastern Languages and Civilizations at the University of Chicago; an additional master’s in Higher Education Administration at Baruch College; and her Ph.D. in Higher Education at the University of Pennsylvania.

Dr. Fester brings a wealth of experience to this position. She has served as Associate Research Scholar at the Center for Institutional and Social Change at the Columbia University Law School, and as Director of Institutional Research and to the Vice Chancellor at the Jewish Theological Seminary. The faculty and administration welcomes Dr. Rachel Fester to the University of Mount Saint Vincent community.
