College of Mount Saint Vincent Choir Presents Free Concert May 7, 2012

Riverdale, N.Y.— The University of Mount Saint Vincent choir presents a free concert at 5 p.m. Monday, May 7, 2012 in the President’s Reception Room, located in Founders Hall on the College’s Riverdale campus.

The concert will include the following selections: “The Promised Land,” an Appalachian folk song; “Jesu Joy of Man’s Desiring,” by Johann Sebastian Bach, performed by Peggy Steckler, flute soloist, and with the Mount Saint Vincent Handbells; “The Climb,” by Miley Cyrus, performed by Dounia Brutus, soloist; and “Una Dia de Noviembre” by Leo Brower.

This event is free and open to all members of the public.
