10/11/2013

Riverdale, N.Y. – The University of Mount Saint Vincent hosted Ginger Andro and her husband Chuck Glicksman as part of the Fine Arts Paramount Perspectives Lecture Series titled, “The Collaborative Process: How a Couple Makes Art,” on Thursday, October 10, 2013.

Ms. Andro and Mr. Glickman are married and have been working as a collaborative team for over twelve years making sculptural installations that bring together their individual artistic concerns to create a single entity. “We want students to find something in school to be passionate about, something they love,” added Mr. Glickman.

“I want students at the College to learn about themselves and take advantage of the opportunities offered from each department,” says Ms. Andro, alumna of the Department of Fine Arts.

This event was sponsored by the Department of Fine Arts.
