Mount Alumnae Named to Irish America’s “Wall Street 50” List

Rosemary Berkery ’75 and Sharon Sager ’73 Honored with Other Top Financial Industry Leaders

Riverdale, N.Y. – Two Mount Saint Vincent alumnae have been named to Irish America magazine’s Annual Wall Street 50, which recognizes the outstanding accomplishments of Irish-American and Irish-born leaders of the financial industry. Rosemary Berkery ’75 and Sharon T. Sager ’73 were among the 50 honorees who were celebrated at the magazine’s annual dinner on Thursday, September 18, at the Metropolitan Club of New York in Manhattan. Profiles of the two women will appear in the October/November edition of Irish America.

Rosemary Berkery is vice chair of UBS Wealth Management Americas. Among her many honors, she has been named by Fortune as one of “Five Women to Watch,” by Crain’s New York Business as one of the “Top 100 Professional Women in New York,” and by the YMCA as one of the “100 Top Women Achievers.”Financial Times featured her in an article entitled, “Rosemary Berkery: Wall Street’s Woman of Influence.” She also serves on the board of trustees at the University of Mount Saint Vincent.

Sharon T. Sager is a managing director and private wealth advisor at UBS Private Wealth Management. Her honors include being named to Barron’s “Top 100 Women Financial Advisors” every year since its inception in 2006. She was featured in Barron’s “Best Advice” column, and she was listed among Financial Times’ “Top 400 Advisors” of 2014. She serves on the boards of several charitable organizations and was a mentor with the CEO-UBS Small Business Advisory Program.
