Mount Hosts 2017 Reunion and Homecoming Weekend

10/16/2017

Riverdale, N.Y. — The University of Mount Saint Vincent will host its annual Reunion and Homecoming Weekend Friday, October 20 through Sunday, October 22. The Weekend gives alumnae/i, trustees, friends, students, and families a chance to experience what makes the Mount the special place that it is. For this year’s Reunion, the College will celebrate classes ending in a 2 and 7, with the Class of 1967 and Class of 1992 celebrating their 50th and 25th reunions, respectively.

Homecoming begins on Friday as the Men’s Soccer team takes on SUNY Old Westbury with home-field advantage. Following the soccer matchup, there will be an Athletics Hall of Fame Awards Reception and a New York City Reunion Kickoff in Manhattan at Park Avenue Tavern—a venue owned by Mount alumni Jeff Brosi ’02 and Terence Tubridy ’03.

Reunion and Homecoming events continue on Saturday morning with a breakfast with student leaders, coffee and conversation with President Charles L. Flynn, Jr., faculty presentations, the Parade of Athletes, and a Women’s Soccer match against SUNY Old Westbury. Other events through the Weekend include the Homecoming Festival, Ad Laudem Dei ceremony, Reunion Dinner, Mount Madness, Alumnae/i Achievement Brunch, and the Alumnae/i Flag Football Game and Tailgate sponsored by G.O.L.D. (Graduates of the Last Decade).

All alumnae/i are encouraged to attend Reunion and Homecoming Weekend. Register here.
