Rep. Eliot Engel Announces Federal Grant for College of Mount Saint Vincent

Congressman Eliot Engel (NY-16) announced that the University of Mount Saint Vincent has received a federal grant of $458,473 from the U.S. Department of Education to expand and enhance its academic services for Hispanic students.
