College of Mount Saint Vincent Casa Latina Presents: Cooking with Kevin for Cinco de Mayo

Riverdale, N.Y.— The University of Mount Saint Vincent student club Casa Latina presents, “Cooking with Kevin,” a cooking lesson with the College’s chef at 6 p.m. May 2, 2012 in Benedict’s, located on the first floor of Founders Hall on the College’s Riverdale campus.

Get ready for Cinco de Mayo with recipes for dishes including: guacamole, pico de gallo and chicken and steak tacos.
