College of Mount Saint Vincent Honors Class of 2008

May 15th marks the beginning of the commencement events that lead up to graduation starting with a graduation rehearsal which takes place at 9:30 a.m. in Hayes Auditorium.  On Friday, May 16, the Baccalaureate Mass for undergraduates will be held at 6:15 p.m. in the Chapel of Immaculate Conception in the Administration Building. The mass is open to all members of the Mount community including students receiving a bachelor’s or master’s degree.

Immediately following the mass, the Baccalaureate Dinner and Awards Ceremony will begin at 7:15 p.m. in Spellman Hall with the bestowing of departmental medals and other academic awards.   All undergraduate bachelor degree recipients and their guests are invited to the dinner.

Commencement will take place rain or shine.  Seating is by open admission and will begin at 9:30 a.m. There will be standing room outside the tent where the ceremony is to take place. No tickets are needed to attend.
