The Connecticut Family Theatre will be on campus on December 18 to perform their show The Lost Elves. The show is view of how different cultures celebrate the holidays around the world. The performance begins at 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. Tickets are $18.00 for adults, $12.00 for students, faculty and senior citizens, and $10.00 for children under 10.  Groups of 10 or more are charged $9.00 each.In this new musical, a regular holiday concert for children is abruptly interrupted by elves crashing into the side of the theatre. As they walk on stage (and interrupt the concert), we learn they are lost and must wait for Santa to bring them home. In the meantime, we learn about Christmas celebrations from around the world, Hanukkah and Kwanzaa through songs and stories. It is a chance for children to embrace their own celebration and learn a little about others.
