Reunion & Homecoming Weekend FAQs

When can we register for Reunion & Homecoming Weekend 2022?
The full schedule and registration will be available on June 15, 2022. You will receive a hard copy invitation in the mail and a digital version via email.
Can I amend my registration once I submit it?
Modifications to your Reunion & Homecoming Weekend registration can be made by calling the Office of Alumnae/i Relations and Giving at 718-405-3252 or by email at alumnioffice@mountsaintvincent.edu.
How much does Reunion & Homecoming Weekend cost?
Costs of Reunion activities will be listed on the self-mailer invitation as well as on the registration form online when it becomes available on June 15, 2022. We do make an effort to contain costs as much as possible to accommodate all budgets without compromising the activities that we offer.
All registrants will receive a CMSV tote, water bottle, pen, and other goodies!
Are walk-in registrations permitted?
We always accept walk-in registrants, but seating with your class cannot be guaranteed at events such as the Cruise Down Memory Lane and the White & Gold Luncheon.
Where do we stay during Reunion & Homecoming Weekend?
We have reserved a block of rooms at a discounted rate at the Hampton Inn & Suites in Yonkers. You can click here to learn more and reserve your room today!
How do we get from the hotel to CMSV during the Weekend?
A shuttle service will be provided to guests staying in the above hotel. The shuttle will run on a schedule throughout the weekend to make these special events enjoyable. The shuttle schedule will be provided in the hotel, as well as in your gift bag that you will pick up upon your check-in for the weekend. We ask that you arrive at the shuttle stop approximately 10 minutes prior to the shuttle departure time. Signage will be provided at the hotel and on-campus to indicate where the shuttle stop is located.
What amenities does the Hampton Inn & Suites have?
The Hampton Inn & Suites offers a beautiful lobby with a fireplace, a Starbucks counter, fitness center, indoor pool, and more!

Can we share rooms at the hotel with our classmates?
Yes! Many alums make arrangements with friends or classmates to share rooms at the hotel. We highly encourage that to keep your costs down.
Where do we check in for the Weekend?
If you're attending the Cruise Down Memory Lane:
If you're staying at the hotel, you may check in on Friday, October 14 from 2-5 pm at the Hampton Inn & Suites. If you are meeting us at the Cruise Down Memory Lane, you may check-in upon your arrival at the pier.
If you're attending Saturday or Sunday's events only, you will check in on Saturday, October 15 in the Chapel Foyer (2nd floor, Founders Hall).
What do we receive when we check-in?
At check-in, you will receive your nametag and a CMSV tote bag filled with goodies including your schedule for the weekend, shuttle information, a coupon to the campus store, water bottle, and more!
Can we sit with our classmates at the events?
Yes! For the Cruise Down Memory Lane and the White and Gold Luncheon, you will have assigned tables by class year. At the Reunion Dinner and the Sunday Brunch, you will be able to choose your own seats. Classmates always sit together and we have had no problem in the past with classes being able to sit together.
Will I receive a confirmation or tickets for the events?
No tickets for Reunion and Homecoming Weekend will be mailed. If you register online, you will receive a confirmation email. If you register via mail, you may call the Office of Alumnae/i Relations and Giving to confirm your admission.
Will we be able to get a tour of campus?
Yes! During your "Explore the Mount" session on your schedule, there are tours available given by one of our amazing CMSV student tour guides.
Is smoking permitted on campus?
Smoking is only permitted in the smoking shelters that can be found across campus. If you need to find the location of a shelter, please ask one of the staff members during the weekend.
Are the events handicap accessible?
Yes, all events are handicap accessible. There is limited handicap parking available on campus, but we work to accommodate everyone's requests. If you are in need of handicap accessibility, please add a notation to your registration form or contact the Office of Alumnae/i Relations and Giving at 718.405.3252 or at alumnioffice@mountsaintvincent.edu.
I have dietary restrictions. Can they be accommodated?
