As the home of our Center for Leadership, the National Society of Leadership and Success, and Workforce and Leadership Engagement, the Dolphin Tank empowers students to dive into real-world challenges, develop essential skills, and emerge as confident, career-ready leaders.

Dolphin Tank also serves as the University’s employer career-readiness and work-based learning initiative, connecting local and regional organizations with undergraduate students ready to contribute to real business challenges through internships, part-time employment, project-based work, and experiential learning opportunities.
