Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
Students with associates degrees (AOS and AAS) who wish to complete a Bachelor of Business Administration degree (BBA) will gain grounding in business theory while being exposed to real-life situations through case studies and discussion. The 120-credit online program includes 30 required business core credits and 30 required general education credits. Students entering the program can enroll upon completing an associates degree at another institution and classes are offered online so that students may continue working while completing the degree.
This degree completion program encourages students to develop an in-depth understanding of key subject areas while fine-tuning their management capabilities, problem solving, and communication skills. The general studies component of the program allows students to explore in greater depth topic areas of interest through discussion, readings, case studies, and teamwork. These courses have been designed to bring a wide range of ideas, rather than focus on a narrow subject within the context of a 12-week class.
Designed exclusively for continuing learners, the online BBA degree at the University of Mount Saint Vincent will provide graduates with the requisite skills and knowledge to succeed in today’s fast-paced economy.
While our program is not yet accredited, we are actively engaged in the accreditation process with the Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP). This rigorous evaluation ensures that our program meets the highest standards of quality and academic rigor. We are confident that our commitment to excellence will result in successful accreditation of our Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) program.
