Private Lessons

Individuals of all ages from beginning to advanced are welcome to enroll in private lessons for all instruments and voice, music theory, and songwriting and composition. Lessons are conducted in a warm and nurturing environment, and great care is taken to pair each student with the faculty that best suits their personality, learning style, and needs.

PLACEMENT

To ensure the student’s best placement with our faculty, first-time students enrolling in the private instruction program will meet in person with the Conservatory Director. There is no audition requirement or prior experience necessary for admission.

SCHEDULING

Private lessons are given Monday through Friday, and are available in increments of 20 minutes (for students 5 and under), 30 minutes, 45 minutes, or 60 minutes. 

Enrollment for private lessons is for the 32-week academic year. Registration for new students will be accepted throughout the year, and tuition will be prorated through the end of the academic year.

Private lessons are scheduled in the order in which registration is received, on the basis of student and teacher availability, and the Director’s recommendation. The Conservatory makes every effort to accommodate each student’s schedule in assigning lesson time.
