Leadership and Motivation Course

Students will discover the essence of leadership in our dynamic, 1-credit class inspired by Center for Leadership Co-Advisory Council member Pamela J. Newman’s insightful book, “Leadership is Doing.” Students who enroll in the class will hear first-hand from various distinguished guest lecturers on leadership and motivation, taught by Andrew Curiel, Director for the Center for Leadership. Each week, the course features a different guest lecturer—including alums of the College, leaders in the Bronx and beyond, and local entrepreneurs and motivational speakers.
