Minor in Political Science
Requirements for the Minor in Political Science
- The Minor in Political Science is an interdisciplinary minor.
- The Minor in Political Science requires 18 course credits or six courses.
- At least one course must be a History course.
- Other courses are taken in related disciplines, such as Economics, Communication, Philosophy, Religious Studies, Modern Languages, Public Policy, and Sociology.
- At least four of the courses must be at the 300/400 level.
- A grade of “C” or better is required for a course to count toward the minor.
- A maximum of six credits, or two courses, will be accepted from courses that have been taken to satisfy requirements in a student’s major, another minor, or the Core.
- The minor contract will be approved by the Director of the Minor in Political Science.
