Dr. Deborah Kramer, EdD, RN, CPNP, FNP is Associate Professor of Nursing at the University of Mount Saint Vincent, and founder and Director of the Peer Mentorship Program. Dr. Kramer has expertise in primary care, early intervention, individuals with disabilities, staff burnout, learning strategies, and alternative and complementary therapies. She has presented internationally and is the author of Primary Well-Being: Case Studies For The Growing Child. Her international research studies on staff burnout “Helping the Helper: Decreasing Burnout in Pediatic Hematology/Oncology Staff” and reasearch on decreasing students stress and  learning strategies have been published in numerous nursing and medical journals.
