Where are you from?

I was born and raised in New York City and have always appreciated being part of such a diverse and vibrant community. Living in several states throughout the country has given me a newfound appreciation for growing up in a city that brings together people from all backgrounds, cultures, and walks of life. Those experiences have reinforced my passion for working in higher education and connecting with students from diverse communities.

How long have you been at Mount Saint Vincent?

I joined the University of Mount Saint Vincent as an Assistant Director for Admission in 2025. I’m excited to get to know our students, families, and the Mount community while helping future Dolphins find a place where they can thrive.

What did you do before joining the Mount?

Prior to joining the Mount, I served as an Admissions Counselor at St. John’s University, where I worked closely with prospective students and their families throughout the college search and application process.

What is your favorite vacation destination?

Anywhere surrounded by nature! I especially enjoy visiting places where I can explore small towns, local shops, hiking trails, and beautiful scenery. I also love destinations with rich history, unique architecture, and a strong sense of community.

Why did you decide to join the admission team?

I joined the Admission team because I genuinely enjoy helping students discover a college where they can thrive academically, personally, and professionally. Choosing a college is one of the most meaningful decisions a student will make, and I value the opportunity to guide students and their families through that journey while helping them find a community where they feel supported, challenged, and inspired.

What is your advice for succeeding in college?

Be curious, stay open to new experiences, and don’t be afraid to ask for help. College is about much more than earning a degree; it’s an opportunity to grow, build meaningful relationships, discover your strengths, and challenge yourself. Take advantage of the resources around you, get involved on campus, and remember that growth often happens outside of your comfort zone.

How do you spend your free time?

In my free time, I enjoy exploring local towns and cities, visiting museums and historic sites, hiking, ghost hunting, discovering local artisan shops, recreating and experimenting with recipes, and spending quality time with my spouse and our little family. I also enjoy learning about holistic wellness and finding ways to stay connected with nature.
