Filming on Campus

The University of Mount Saint Vincent’s historic, idyllic 70-acre campus of rolling lawns and wooded hills overlooks the Hudson River and features views of the iconic George Washington Bridge. Only 12 miles away from midtown Manhattan, the campus is located in the Riverdale neighborhood of New York City.

The Mount works with film and TV production companies, news agencies, and other organizations interested in filming on campus. UMSV has hosted feature films and television programs, including Doubt, Wolves, Girls (HBO), The Blacklist (NBC), Madam Secretary (CBS), Law and Order (NBC), as well as various commercials.

The Mount’s campus provides a wide variety of locations. Interior spaces include lecture halls, classrooms, science laboratories, computer centers, state-of-the-art fitness facilities, library reading rooms and stacks, executive offices, underground industrial facilities, and many more.
