Saxbys is a national education company and that builds academic partnerships with colleges and universities, like UMSV, to provide exceptional, paid, experiential learning opportunities for students.

Saxbys at the University of Mount Saint Vincent is located on the first floor of the Elizabeth Seton Library. Everything at the cafe is crafted for students, by students! All-day breakfast highlights include pastries, breakfast sandwiches, breakfast burritos, and a suite of unique smoothies. Beyond all-day breakfast, a range of melty grilled cheeses are also offered. The cafe’s carefully curated beverage menu features a range of options, from signature cold brew and matcha collections to Harney & Sons teas and seasonal sips.

UMSV My Dollars are accepted at Saxbys.
