Students are always welcome to serve on these. In recognition of the fact that each segment of the UMSV community has a unique contribution to make with respect to the development and implementation of University policies, the following standing committees with student representation have been established:

SGA selects six students to serve on this Committee but only three serve as decided by the Chair.
  • Committee on Mission: The Committee on Mission serves as a representative body of the University campus community that advises and assists the Director for Mission and Ministry in fostering, assessing, and developing programs to extend the Catholic, Ecumenical, and Inclusive Mission of the University.
