114th Commencement Ceremony

Dear Degree Candidates, Families, and Friends of the Class of 2026:

On behalf of President Susan R. Burns, PhD, Provost Lynne Bongiovanni, PhD, members of the Board of Trustees, and our faculty, we invite you to join us at the University of Mount Saint Vincent during Commencement Weekend on May 15 and 16, 2026.

The Baccalaureate Mass and Hooding Ceremony will be held on Friday, May 15 at 4 PM in the Chapel of the Immaculate Conception, followed by the Honors Convocation Awards Ceremony at 6:15 PM back in the Chapel.

The Commencement and Hooding Ceremony for the College of Professional and Graduate Studies (celebrating our accelerated nursing, physician assistant, and master’s degree graduates) will be held on Saturday, May 16 at 9 AM on the Great Lawn.

The Commencement Ceremony procession for associate and bachelor’s degree graduates will begin promptly at 2 PM on Saturday, May 16 on the Great Lawn.

For our students, graduation brings years of hard work and study to a close, and marks the first step toward new and even greater challenges. Parents, families, and friends can be genuinely proud, as we are, of all that they have accomplished in attaining their degrees.

We congratulate the graduates and look forward to the future success of our newest alumnae/i!
