The Office of Human Resources partners with members of the community to foster a work environment that attracts and inspires excellence in people. Human Resources is in charge of all employee-related services, specifically employment, benefits, insurance, employee policies, compliance, and regulations. HR is dedicated to providing the resources and support employees need to facilitate the effective and efficient fulfillment of the University’s mission.

The Office of Human Resources is located in Founders Hall, Room 100. The Social Security Administration (SSA) website provides helpful and reliable information on Social Security. The SSA website includes answers to basic questions about social security and benefits calculators to estimate your social security benefit.
The Mount offers two (2) retirement companies to help you save for your future: TIAA and Mutual of America.
