The newly renovated Fitness Center at the College boasts a 7,500 square foot space available to student, faculty, and staff, and offers the latest in fitness equipment, including:
- 30 aerobic machines (treadmills, elliptical machines, bikes, performance trainers)
- 12 plate-loaded strength training machines, 12 circuit station strength straining machines
- 16 free weight Olympic training stations (dumb bell and kettle bell)
- 6 abdominal and stretching stations
The Department of Athletics sponsors a multi-week competitive Fitness Challenge to help you track your workout progress using a point system. The Fitness Challenge offers weekly workout challenges, measurements, and weigh-ins, along with personal motivation to keep you on track to your goals. The Fitness Challenge is available to all students, faculty, and staff.
