3.4 Interview Process

On-campus interviews are to be constructed so as to include the Search Committee, members of the department, students, other faculty and other members of the College community with whom the candidate will interact during his/her normal course of work. All candidates should be expected to present a class in order to demonstrate teaching and communication skills. Interviews with the Provost/Dean of Faculty and the President will be scheduled. The Chair of the Search Committee shall solicit the views of all individuals involved in the interview process in making final recommendations for successful candidates. Resumes of all candidates will be forwarded to all individuals involved in the interview process prior to the interview date.
