The College is pleased to offer you a contract as a full time in the ________________
Department for the ten-month period beginning and ending _____________. Salary for your services during this time will be $_____ payable in twenty-four equal monthly installments. The benefit payments which the College will make for you are outlined in the attached Total Compensation Report.
During the contract period you are expected:

1) To fulfill a maximum teaching assignment of 24 credit hours unless otherwise specified in writing prior to the issuance of the contract;
2) To be available to fulfill this teaching assignment in the fall and spring semesters unless course cancellations require reassignment in one of the evening, weekend, or intersessions which fall during the contract period;
3) To adhere to the procedures outlined and rights and responsibilities delineated in the Employee Manual and the Faculty Handbook and;
4) To exercise great care in your role as academic adviser, recognizing your obligation together and impart correct information about College and department requirements.

You will at all time endeavor to secure proper observance of the rules and regulations of the College.
